• BE CREATIVE
  • Have a sound Design/Creative/Art Skills/Background with attractive portfolio.
  • Strong conceptualization & design skills preferred.
  • Have top-notch Design skills in Print, Web, Mobile platforms including iPad & Android.
• BE A TECHNICAL EXPERT
  • Be up-to-date with Adobe Creative Suite particularly Adobe InDesign & QuarkXPress.
  • Ability to create interactive books for internet and mobile platforms including iPad & Android preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in prepress production & be able to work using a Mac or Windows PC.
• HAVE REQUISITE EXPERIENCE
  • Read and understand customer instructions. Strong attention to detail.
  • Advertising Design/Production experience using InDesign & QuarkXPress.
  • Become familiar with standard operating procedures and comply.
• SERVICE OMNiON CUSTOMERS
  • Write emails to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up with project updates.
  • Demonstrate sound technical capability to prospective customers.
  • Shift rotation is mandatory [OMNiON services U.S. customers and works 365 days of the year, 24 hours of the day. All team members are required to work six days per week and rotate shifts.].

At OMNiON, we’d like that you have:

• Top-notch creative skills across multiple media channels including print, web, mobile.
• Experience with automated pagination technologies preferred.
• An effective communicator and team player.
• Prefer knowledge of technologies necessary for digital books, ePub, interactive books, emerging standards, etc.
• Should be a self starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage projects, while adhering to deadlines.
• Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply recommended changes.
• Punctuality, good attendance and cooperative attitude essential.
• Ability to work late and/or on holidays to meet customer deadlines.
• Positive & “can do” attitude
• Should be willing to work in flexible shifts – day or night.
• Must be willing to relocate to OMNiON offices in Bangalore or Udupi, India
